RLD (Reflexology Lymph Drainage) is a specialised, award-winning reflexology technique developed by Sally Kay. It focuses on stimulating specific lymphatic reflexes on the feet to support the natural function of the lymphatic system and encourage the drainage of excess fluid through a precise, gentle sequence.​

​​This deeply relaxing treatment is comparable in effectiveness to Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), with the added benefit that clients remain fully clothed and often drift into a state of deep relaxation or sleep during the session.

Many clients experience a noticeable reduction in the sensation of swelling and pressure in the limbs—most commonly the arms, but also the legs—from their very first treatment. Research suggests that with a course of treatments, fluid levels do not return to their previous peak, and improvements can continue progressively over time.

Results vary from person to person and from session to session; however, reductions of up to 300ml of fluid have been recorded in a limb, which is roughly equivalent to a small bottle of water.
