Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows time to offer the slot to another client.​

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend without notice, will incur the full session fee.​

​Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Arriving late may mean your session cannot be extended.
