Who has Reflexology?

From babies, to teens & adults (and animals apparently although I haven't ventured there yet!), anyone can benefit.

Each foot contains 26 bones, 33 joints and over 200,000 nerve endings, making the feet the body’s unsung heroes. They are our only point of contact with the ground when we stand, helping with balance, shock absorption and every step we take. Even a small restriction or imbalance in the feet can influence the rest of the body. On top of all this, the feet also give us a powerful way to influence overall health through reflexology.

Treatments & Pricing
As a qualified and accredited Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist and Member of the Association of Reflexologists, I have been trained to take in-depth confidential consultations (nothing to be afraid of, just a few questions about your health history so I can get to know you better) to create a bespoke reflexology treatment just for you.
Whether you choose the feet, hands, ears or all three, my treatments are designed to promote relaxation (yes!), improve blood and lymphatic circulation (always a good thing), and support your body’s natural healing processes.
I have a private, comforting, home-based reflexology studio in Fernhurst, close to Haslemere and Midhurst, that is ready to welcome you.

Foot reflexology
Initial consultation & treatment
£65/1hr15mins
Follow up treatments
£60/1hr
Foot reflexology is a complementary therapy where pressure is applied to specific reflex points on the feet, each linked to different areas of the body. This nurturing treatment encourages deep relaxation, reduces stress, and supports overall wellbeing.
Many clients notice improved energy levels and a greater sense of balance with regular sessions. Discover the calming benefits of foot reflexology and restore harmony from the ground up.

Hand reflexology
Initial consultation & treatment
£65/1hr15mins
Follow up treatments
£60/1hr
Hand reflexology is an ancient technique that involves applying pressure on reflex points. Hand reflexology is a great option over foot reflexology if you are uncomfortable with your feet being touched or if you are someone who works with your hands a lot.
It is incredibly relaxing and some of my clients actually prefer this to their feet!

Auricular reflexology
Initial Consultation & Treatment
£60/1hr (to include an ear seed)
Ear seeding
£15/per seed (sessions last up to 30 mins)
Few people realise that every part of the body is reflected by specific reflex points on the ears. Gently working these areas can help bring balance and support wellbeing throughout the body. Each session is tailored to your needs, offering a deeply relaxing and revitalising experience.
It is surprisingly relaxing!

Children's reflexology
Crawling to Pre-school £30/30 mins
Pre-school to Primary school £35/30 mins
Secondary school £40/45 mins
Just like adults, children experience a wide range of benefits from reflexology. Their bodies tend to respond more quickly and the effects can be longer lasting—making it an ideal therapy for your child.
This gentle and natural treatment can help relieve stress, support cognitive development, strengthen the immune system, and reduce susceptibility to common infections—potentially lowering the need for medication. Reflexology can also enhance focus and concentration, making it a wonderful support for children’s learning and wellbeing at school or college.
As part of your child’s session, you will also be shown simple pressure point techniques you can use at home to continue supporting their progress. Young children can sit on parents lap during their session. Sessions times are approximate to allow for a settling in period.
